Spice Mixture (my own mix)tbsp Ground cumintbsp paprikatbsp ground corriandertbsp chili powder2 tbsp garam masala1/2 tsp tumeric
Marinate chicken with yogurt (cut into chunks) for about one hour mixed with your owb selection of indian spices. Cut up tomatoe, onion, garlic,and green pepper, with a little water and blend in blender; add additional spice depending on how hot you wish to make it. Sautee chicken in a separate pan with olive oil until done. Simmer sauce in another pan and add chicken when done. Simmer an additional 12 minutes or so until chicken is tender- serve with rice
