Equivalent of 2 cans black beans (no salt added)2 cans no salt added tomato sauce2 cans no salt added diced tomatoes2 boneless skinless chicken breasts.1 bag frozen cornLow sodium taco seasoning blend (I used this recipe: https://www.lowsodiumcooking.com/free/TacoSeasoningMix.htm)Onion and Garlic powder to tastewater to thin it out
Throw it all together and cook!
Could use crockpot for 6-8 hours.
I did it on the stove top in about 2 hours.
Serving Size: My batch made about 96 ounces, so I divided that into 6 servings. Approx 2 cup servings.
