Homemade Potato Salad

2 Idaho potatoes, large3 Hard boiled eggs3 stalks celery, small1 yellow onion, medium6 Tbsp Relish6 Tbsp Hellmann's Mayonnaise1 Tbsp Celery Seed1 Tbsp Yellow Mustard1 Tbsp Paprika (garnish)Salt and pepper to taste
Boil potatoes and eggs till done, cool; remove skin from potatoes and egg shells
Dice potatoes, place in large bowl
Add chopped hard boiled eggs, chopped celery stalks, chopped onion to diced potatoes
Add and blend in relish, mayonnaise, celery seed, yellow mustard. Salt and pepper to taste.
Top potato salad with paprika (optional)
Serving Size: 8 1-cup servings
