Ingredients
1/3 olive oil4 cloves garlic1 (14 ounce) package silken tofu1/4 c chopped green onions1/4 c fresh basil finely chopped1/4 c fresh parsley finely chopped1/2 teaspoon black peppersalt to taste
Directions
brown garlic in oil and let cool
combine tofu and garlic/oil mixture in blender and blend until smooth and creamy
add water to adjust consistency
pour mixture into saucepan and add green onions
heat on medium low for 10 minutes
add basil, parsley, salt and pepper and heat for 3 minutes
serve over your favorite pasta
