Veggie Burgers

Ingredients
Oats (1cup)Sunflower seeds (1 cup)Pumpkin seeds (1 cup)Chickpeas (2 cups)asparagus (10 spears)tomato (1 large)garlic cloves (3)parsley (1/4 cup)scallions (1/4 cup)onion (1/2 cup)mustard (3 tbsp)mushrooms (1 cup)rice vinegar (1/8 cup)
Directions
Cook the chickpeas.

Saute the mushrooms, onions, garlic cloves. Add the scallions, parsley, and tomato last. Steam the asparagus until cooked. Mix on a mixer. Add the chickpeas and remaining ingredients. Mix well.

Pour mixture on parchment paper. Bake 350 degrees on an oven for about 30 minutes. Makes about 15 veggie burgers.
