Laurel's Truffles

Ingredients
1/2 cup + 1/4 cup shredded coconut 1/2 cup sesame seeds1/2 cup rolled oats1/3 cup honey 1/4 cup tahini1/4 cup peanut butter or almond butter1/4 cup cocoa powder
Directions
combine all ingredients except extra 1/4 cup shredded coconut. Chill for 1 hour. Roll 1" sized balls of chocolate mix, then roll to coat in shredded coconut. Refridgerate until 1 hour before serving time. Best served not quite cold.
