Sweet Corn and Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Red Onion, finely chopped1 Cup cooked black beans, rinsed1 ear of Sweet Corn (white or yellow)1/4 Zuchini, finely chopped1/4 Cucumber, finely chopped1 Jalapeno Pepper, finely choppedCilantro , chopped
Directions
Cut the corn kernels off of the cob and fry them in the butter until just golden brown and allow to cool
Mix all ingredients together
