*xylo sweet all natural xylitol sweetener, 80 gram*Turbino raw sugar, 1/2 c (will use honey or dates next time)Cinnamon, ground, 2 tspGinger, ground, 1.5 tspCloves, ground, .5 tspBaking Powder, 1 tspBaking Soda, 1 tspSalt, .5 tsp4oz unsweetened applesauceEgg White - One Large Egg White, 4 serving Organic canned Pumpkin 15oz*OAT FLOUR 1 CUP, 1 cupcoconut flour 1 cupAlmond Breeze Almond Milk, Vanilla Unsweetened, 1/2 cMRM 100% All Natural Whey Rich Vanilla Protein Powder 3 scoops
Heat oven to 350. spray muffing tins (I also use muffing top pans too)
Mix first 12 ingredients together.
Blend almond milk and protein in blender to mix even, pour into mixed bowl. combine. Add nuts if like (I had planned to add pecans but forgot)
