10 oz chopped frozen spinach1.5 cups of reduced fat or fat free sour creamAny spices you like, I used:1 tsp garlic powder1.5 tsp onion powder3 tsp cayenne peppera dash of sea salta dash of ground black pepper

mix your seasonings and sour cream
then mix spinach in
