Eggs Florentine Scramble

Ingredients
1/2 cup Egg Beaters Florentine4 large eggs1 lb turkey bacon, diced3 plum tomatoes, diced1/2 cup frozen spinach1/2 cup shredded mozarella cheese, 2%
Directions
Brown diced turkey bacon in a large pan. Add tomatoes and spinach and cook until liquids have evaporated. Add eggs and egg beaters and stir until eggs are cooked and scrambled. Add cheese and stir until melted. Serve up with a side of toast, english muffin or toaster waffle. Yum!
