Avocado Hummus

Ingredients
2 cups BPA free canned chickpeas, drained, or the same amount of chickpeas cooked from dried1 avocado, peeled and pit removed1 tbsp tahinijuice from 1 lime1/2 cup plain yogurt2 cloves garlic2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro1/2 cup chopped fresh parley1/2 tbsp (or more) cumin seedsOptional: 1 tsp chili powder
Directions
Add all ingredients to a food processor or large blender. Add water, 1 tbsp at a time, if needed.
