Cold Cucumber Soup (Raw, Vegan)

Ingredients
1 cucumber, peeled1/2 cup green tea, cooled1 Hass avocadoJuice of 1/2 lime1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon dillfresh ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Blend cucumber and tea. Then add avocado and lime juice and salt and blend. Pour into a bowl. Stir in the dill and pepper. Chill for a couple hours before serving.

Serving Size: Makes about 2 cups.
