Coconut Flatbread

Ingredients
2 Tbsp Coconut Flour2 large eggs1/8 tsp baking soda1/8 tsp baking powderpinch salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients until smooth, and then let stand for 5 minutes.

Heat a non-stick skillet over med-hi heat. Spray with cooking spray, and pour batter to make 2 cakes. Cook until golden on each side. For a crisper exterior, cook 2 tsp melted butter or coconut oil.
