Ingredients
OnionsPotatoes cut in cubeschili flakes - dashoregano - 2 tspgarlicstock (chicken or veggie)peascornmilk queso fresco
Directions
saute onions till translucent, add potatoes for a couple of mind then garlic and spices - sure till fragrant then add stock - simmer 15 mins then add corn, peas milk and cheese - bring back to a simmer - don't boil - and serve
