1 lb. Beef Chuck1c. Kidney Beans1c. Navy Beans1c. Black Beans1/2c. Barley Pearls8 Small Potatoes, Pealed1 Large Onion, Chopped4 Cloves Garlic, Minced2 Tbsp. Salt, To Taste
Directions
Start this dish the night before to let cook overnight. Cover all ingredients with water and turn on crock-pot to low. In the morning you may need to add a little more water to desired thickness.
