Sauté Tilapia in tomato sauce

Ingredients
1 Onion - finely chopped2 large tomatoes – peal off the skin and cut into cubes5 pieces of Tilapia (or less depends on you) – seasoned with salt and pepperOptional ingredients:1 stick Salary – chopped½ Red bell pepper – chopped1 Carrot – chopped
Directions
In a pan (large enough for as many pieces of fish you have) Sauté onion in oil until translucent then add the tomatoes, salary, red pepper and carrots. Season with salt and pepper. Keep on medium gas for about 5 min. Push the sauce to the side and add the Tilapia then cover with the sauce. Put the lid and keep on low gas for 30 min. Then ready to enjoy. BTW, fish does not have to be Tilapia, can be cod or white fish, etc.
