Slowly roasted chicken with garlic and lemon

Chicken Breast, no skin, 880 grams Garlic, 10 cloves Lemons, 2 fruits, each in 8 pieces without skinThyme, fresh, 2 tsp Olive Oil, 3 tbspWhite Wine, 150 mL
Preheat oven at 160 degrees Celsius.
Put the chicken in a bakingdish and add the garlic, lemon and thyme. Save some thyme for garnishing. Add the oil, mix everything together.
Sprinkle some white wine on it and add some black pepper. Cover the bakingdish with aluminium foil and put it in the oven for 2 hours.
Remove the foil and put the oven on 200 degrees Celsius. Bake the chicken for an additional 30-45 minutes.
When finished, add some more thyme and serve!
