200 Calorie Gluten Free Dairy Free Pizza

Ingredients
Rustic Crust Napoli Herb (personal size)Galaxy Foods Rice Shreds Mozzarella Roma Tomatoes (2-3)Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Place crust on baking sheet

Add 1/4 tsp (yes I used this little) Extra Virigin Olive Oil and rub on crust

Slice 2-3 Roma tomatoes based on size and add to crust

Top with 1/3 cup of Mozzarella Rice Shreds

Bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes based on your oven

Let pizza rest ~5 minutes -- remember the tomatoes have a lot of water, so they can burn your mouth.
