Guacomole a la Caitlin

Ingredients
Onion- one whole chopped in halfJalapeno-with seedsTomatillos- 5 small onesCilantro-1 cupWater-1 cupAvocado-2-3 depending on amount you wish to make Lime-2 whole squeezed Salt and Pepper-to taste
Directions
Boil the Onion, Jalapeno, Tomatillos for about 10min or until soft.
Blend this mixture with some of the boiling water with the cilantro and lime juice.
Empty out into storage container while leaving half the mixture in.
With this half remaining in the blender, add in about 2-3 avocados.
Blend this and then put into storage container with other half and blend.

Should be spicy and delicious!
