Ground beef, extra lean, 20 oz (remove)*Trader Joe's Fire Roasted Red Peppers, 0.5 cup diced(remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)dicedSalt, .5 tsp (remove)*Cumin , 1 tsp (remove)Chili powder, 1 tbsp (remove)La Tortilla Factory, Garlic & Herb Low Carb Tortilla, 8 serving (remove)Sour Cream, reduced fat, .5 cup (remove)Salsa, .5 cup (remove)*Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, .5 cup (remove)Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded or chopped (remove)Water, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
cook meat with onions until brown. add spices and 1/4 cup water, mix then add peppers. cook a few more minutes to combine flavors. heat tortillas. mix one tsp salsa w one tsp sour cream on tortilla. add 1 tsp cheese. add 1/2 cup meat mix and top w shredded lettuce.
