Broccolli and white bean soup

Ingredients
Broccoli, fresh, 3 cup, chopped (remove)Canadian Bacon, 2 slices (6 per 6-oz pkg.) (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Imagine Organic Vegetable Broth, 3 cup (remove)Extra Virgin Olive Oil, .33 tbsp (remove)Beans, white, 1 cup (remove)
Directions
Heat oil in pan, add chopped onion and chopped canadian bacon, cook until translucent.

Add broccoli and beans, stir well.

Add vegetable broth.

Add seasoning and herbs to taste (I recommend thyme and marjoram).

Cook for about 1 hour. Put through blender for creamy texture.
