Breakfast Cassarole

Ingredients
3 chicken sausage, sliced12 eggs1 sweet potato, peeled and shredded1/2 cup part skim mozzarella
Directions
Shred the sweet potato and lay in the bottom of the crock pot
Slice up the sausage and add next
Scramble the dozen eggs and pour on top
Layer cheese over it and cook on low over night.
