Ingredients
Boca Ground Burger, 1 cupBeans, pinto, 1 can*Lawry's Taco Seasoning, 1 packetSour cream, fat free, tablespoonSalsa, 1 tbsp Shredded lettuce
Directions
Spray bottom of non stick skillet with olive oil.
Brown boca ground burger and add pinto beans and taco seasoning. Cook until hot and serve on a bed of shredded lettuce with your favorite salsa and fat free sour cream. You can also add any of your favorite veggies to taste...such as avocados, bell peppers, etc. Enjoy. It's very filling with loads of fiber and low on calories. A good meal!
