1 c. Egg noodles. Cook according to package instructions, shortest cooking time. Drain.3 large eggs1 cup large curd cottage cheese1 cup no fat Greek yogurt1/4 cup lo fat sour cream3 T. Granulated Splenda
Cook & drain noodles, return to pot. Add eggs that have been mixed with a fork, and mix the noodles and eggs.
Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Put in 9 x 9 baking dish and bake until brown and crunchy on outside - about 1 hour at 375 F. Serve with additional sour cream, but add in the nutrients.
