1 lb. 93% lean ground turkey6 cups Classico Tomato & basil Spaghetti Sauce2 cups partly-skim, shredded mozzarella cheese1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese1 large egg1 T. olive oil1 medium zucchini, diced9 oz. spinach16 pieces Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Lasagna
Bring 6 quarts of water along with 1 T. of olive oil to a rapid boil. Add pasta and cook for about 10 minutes. Drain, rinse with cool water and set aside. Steam spinach and press out excess water. Cool. Brown meat in sauce pan and drain and set aside. Saute vegetables with garlic for about 5 minutes. Add cooked meat and sauce to vegetables and simmer for 5 minutes. In a medium bowl combine spinach, cottage cheese and egg. Mix well. Heat oven to 350 degrees. layer, lasagna style, in 15x11x2 baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil and back another 5-10 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
