White Sauce served over spaggetti

Ingredients
4 Tbsp Butter Salted1/2 tbsp chopped Onions3 Tbsp White flour sifted2 Cups Hot Milk1/2 Tsp SaltPinch Black pepperPinch NutmegBouquet Garni 2 sprigs Parsley 1 sprig thyme ( or 1/4 teaspoon dried) 1 Bay Leaf
Directions
Making the Sauce: Melt butter in heavy saucepan over medium heat. Cook oion in butter until transparent but not brown. Add flour, and stir for a minute. Slowly add milk, then add salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add Bouquet Garni ; bring to a boil, lower flame and cook for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. Strain sauce into a bowl. Make about 2 cups.
