2 C cooked Chicken cubes1 10 oz Can Tangerines1/3 C toasted slivered Almonds2 T Parsley4 Bread, pita, whole-wheat, (6-1/2" dia)8 Lettuce leaves 1/2 C Mayonnaise, Hellman’s Light
Mix chicken, oranges and nuts, add dressing and parsley and lightly mix. Chill for 1 hour. Fill pita halves with lettuce and chicken.
