Curry Coconut Rice

Ingredients
1 C brown rice1/3 C chickpeas1/4 C toasted, shredded coconut1 t curry powder2 dashes salt2 dashes pepper
Directions
Makes 4 servings, about half a cup each.

Just stick it all in a rice maker or pot together, and treat it like you'd treat just plain old brown rice! Its tasty! :)
