Ingredients
4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless) cooked and diced1 can cream of chicken soup1/2 cup chicken broth1 cup sour cream (reduced fat)1/4 cup diced green chilis1 cup chopped onion1 cup shredded cheese (mexican blend)4 flour tortillas (mission 8 inch)
Directions
*cook chicken breasts and dice into small pieces

*cut flour tortillas into 2 inch long, one inch wide strips and arrange in a 13x9 baking dish

*in large bowl mix soup, sour cream, broth, green chilis, diced onion, and diced chicken. Stir together.

*add chili powder to mix for added flavor if desired

* pour mixture over tortillas in pan and spread evenly

*top with shredded cheese

* bake in 350 oven for 25-30 minutes until mixture is bubbly.

*let cool 5 minutes before serving

*great with a side of salad, corn and beans

    I combined this receipe with another one I had very similiar I did not use the chicken soup I used Green Chili enchillada sauce and Mexican cheese mix., and I also layed with corn tortillas. I also used cooking spray for the pan. I did use 8 oz pkg of sour cream. This turned out good. - 12/15/11

    I added about 1/4 tsp ground red pepper, 1/8 tsp ground cumin and 1/4 tsp dried cilantro. Very tasty! I also didn't pre-cook the chicken (but did cut it into small bite sized pieces). I did add an extra 10 min to the cooking time. Everything was cooked through. - 6/6/09
