100 Calorie Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour1/2 Cup Splenda3/4 Cup mashed bananas (about 2 medium)1 (6oz) Container plain fat free Greek Yogurt1/4 Cup Canola Oil1/4 Cup unsweetened Apple Sauce1 tsp baking soda1/2 Cup egg Beaters Nuts optional and are not included in the nutrition info
Directions
Heat oven to 350. Grease bottom of a 9X5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl beat all ingredients on low speed for 30 sec. and on high speed for 45 sec scraping side frequently. Pour into pan.
Bake 45-50 min or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Then remove and let cool on a cooling rack for 1 hour. Enjoy!
