Cabbage Soup Diet

Ingredients
Cabbage, fresh, .50 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, choppedCanned Tomatoes, 793.7 grams Celery, raw, 4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped V8 Vegetable Juice Cocktail (48 oz)Lipton Onion Soup Mix ( 1 Packet )
Directions
Spray a large pot with cooking spray and saute all vegetables except cabbage and tomatoes until tender. Add cabbage, V8 and 1 V8 can filled with water. Toss in soup mix, and seasonings. Cook until soup reaches desired tenderness; add tomatoes.
