Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts grilled1 package of bionature Organic gluten free elbow macaroni (cooked)1/2 jar of Kirkland marinated artichoke hearts chopped14 Kalamata pitted olives8oz feta cheese crumbled6 oz olive oiltbsp honey garlic powdersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Grill the bonless skinless chicken breasts and chop up when cooled
Cook the package of elbow macaroni drain when finished
Chop up Artichoke hearts, kalamata olives and add to the macaroni with the chicken
In a separate bowl mix the olive oil, honey, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. This makes a dressing...pour over the pasta and stir.
