Red Beans and Rice

Ingredients
4 c Beans (black, red or pinto)6 c cooked white rice (2 cups dry)1 large onion diced1 bell pepper1 14 oz can diced tomatoChorizo or andouilleFrank's Red hotcumin, chili powder etc
Directions
Saute onions and pepper then add the tomatoes sauce and the beans. Simmer one hour.

Serving Size: 1 cups rice, 1 cups beans
