Baked Cream Cheese Wonton

1 wonton wrapper.5 tbsp of reduced fat cream cheese.5 tsp of fresh or dried chives.25 (or just a dash if you prefer) of garlic powder1 small bowl or cup of water
put wonton wrapper on flat surface. In microwave or at room temperature soften the cream cheese. Mix it with ingredients of your choice. Place 1/2 to 1 tbsp of cream cheese mixture in the center of the wonton wrapper.
Dip finger in the water and spread just along the outsides of the wonton wrapper. Quickly fold the wonton wrapper in half and seal the edges. Bake at 400 degrees for 5-10 minutes (keep an eye on them, after 5 minutes they can sometimes cook fast).
