strawberry banana smoothie

Ingredients
1 banana1 cup frozen (or fresh) strawberries1 cup Milk(optional) 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
Directions
add milk and banana in blender, blend well, add in strawberries, blend again, then add in ice cream if you wish and blend again. makes 2 medium size glasses.
