delicious cheesecake

Ingredients
crust:1 package graham crackers1/4 cup sugar4 Tbsp butter, meltedfilling:2- 8 oz packages cream cheese, room temp3/4 cup sugar3 eggs1 1/2 tsp vanilla1/4 tsp salt1 1/2 cups sour cream
Directions
pulse crackers in food processor until fine crumbs. add sugar and melted butter, and press into 9 inch cake pan.
place cake pan in freezer while preparing filling.

cream room temp. cream cheese and sugar together, about 3 minutes. add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition, scraping sides. add vanilla and salt, mix well. add sour cream, and mix until just incorporated. take pan with crust out of freezer and pour filling on top of crust. bake in water bath at 350 for 45 minutes, turn oven off and leave cheesecake in closed oven for 1 hour. remove from oven and let cool slightly. refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
