Veggie and Ground Turkey Omlete

Ingredients
2 oz Ground Turkey2 Large Mushrooms1 cup baby spinach3 tsp oil4 eggs black pepper and salt as needed
Directions
Heat oil in non stick frying pan
Put turkey and salt and pepper in the frying pan
cook for about 5 min on high heat
Keep stirring until the pink color is gone.
Now beat your eggs and add salt and pepper to taste
dump the eggs on the top of the turkey.
Now throw your veggies on the top and cook for 2 minutes.
Everything should kind of feel like it is lump together now change the side of your omlete and cook on med/low.
