Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook(remove)Ginger, ground, 1 tsp(remove)*Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 8 tbsp(remove)Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped(remove)Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed(remove)*Jack Daniels, Sour Mash Wiskey, 80 proof, 4.0 oz(remove)Garlic powder, 1 tsp(remove)
Place chicken breast in 9x13 inch baking dish. In a small bowl combine theginger, soy sauce, onionflakes, sugar, bourbon and garlic powder. Mix together and pour mixture over chicken. Cover dish and place in the frig, marinate overnight.
Preheat over to 325 degrees.
Remove dish from frig and remove cover. Place in baking dish and back for 1.5 hours, basting frequently or until chicken is well browned and juices run clear.
