Baked Chicken Wings

Ingredients
chicken wing, raw with bone, 40 oz (remove)Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp or 1 packet (remove)Kellogg's Multi-Grain Flakes Cereal, 3 cup (1 serving) (remove)Butter, salted, .5 cup (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup (remove)Parsley, 1.3 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Combine butter and mustard (I think something lower fat would work). Combine crushed cereal, parmesan cheese and parsley. Dip wings in butter/mustard then other mix and lay on baking sheet.

    My boys and I made this tonight! It was delicious- We used grape nuts cereal instead- since we didnt have the other on hand. Would definetly make this again. - 3/3/08
