*Vegan* Taco Soup

Ingredients
Navy beans, red beans, black beans, chickpeas, white beans, crushed tomatoes, taco seasoning, salt, pepper
Directions
Throw all the different beans (rinsed and drained!), corn and can of tomatoes in a pot, add home made or store bought taco seasoning, let simmer for 15-20 minutes (or longer), done.
I usually use 5-6 different beans but it's all up to you and your personal taste! For this recipe I've used 7 different ones.

You can top it with vegan shredded cheese (we don't) and use some organic black corn chips.

    I made this soup and added sauteed onions, red and green peppers, summer squash, greens, small can of tomato sauce with some water and it turned out great and it was so easy to make. - 9/21/12
