Marbled Banana Bread

Ingredients
Banana, fresh, 1 cup, mashed (remove) Granulated Sugar, .75 cup (remove) Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove) *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp (remove) Soy Milk, .33 cup (remove) *Flour, white, 1.5 cup (remove) Baking Soda, .75 tsp (remove) Salt, .75 tsp (remove) Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 3 tbsp (remove) 6 tbsp, boiling water, divided
Directions
Mix mashed banana until somewhat smooth. Mix in sugar, canola oil, milk, and vaniliia.

Now add the flour baking soda, and salt.

Scoop 1 cup of the batter into s separate dish.

In a small dish mix 3tbsp of boiling water with cocoa. Then, add to separate mashed batter and mixed.

Add 3 tbsp boiling water to plain mashed banana. Mixed until smooth.

In an 8X4 baking pan, alternate the plain and chocolate banana mixture. Take a butter knife and swirl in circles.

Bake for 55 minutes.
