Ingredients
5 large eggs4 oz. can green chilis1/2 c. diced zucchini1/4 c. chopped onion1/4-1/2 c. shredded parmesan cheese1/2 c. Kraft 2% shredded cheddar cheeseSeason to tasteMix all ingredients together; fill cupcake/muffin papers 2/3rd full; bake at 350 for approximately 25 minutes.
Directions
Bake at 350 for approximately 25 -30 minutes or until lightly brown on top.
