Ingredients
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 tsp garlic1.5 tbsp honey2 tbsp Szechuan Spicy Stir-Fry sauce1/3 cup black beans12 ounces (.75 pound) of peeled, deveined, cooked shrimp
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
Heat over medium heat, stirring regularly.

Enjoy with a spoon or in low-calorie tortillas!

    I have to admit, when I first looked at this i was skeptical, but the contributor is a friend so I thought I would at least try it. The garlic, honey, and Scezhuan come together in an incredible way, enhancing the other ingrediaents. My wife claims she doesn't like black beans, she loved this. - 9/18/12
