A Healthier Chocolate Snack Cake

Ingredients
Flour, white, 1 cup flour, whole wheat, 0.5 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1/3 cupGranulated Sugar, 1 cup Baking Soda, 1 tsp Salt, 0.5 tsp Olive Oil, 4 tbsp*Vinegar: White Vinegar, 1tspVanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 1 tsp Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Sift dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. Add liquid ingredients and beat for 90 seconds. Pour into 8" x 8" pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray oil. Bake at 350F. for 28-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center of cake comes out clean.
