Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients
20 trimmed asparagus spears (5 inches or less)1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oildash salt1 - 2 tsp balck pepper
Directions
Coat all the spears in the oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast until tender at 350 degrees.
Makes 4 servings of five spears.
