Veal Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb ground veal1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated1 tbsp red pepper flakes (or less depending on how spicy you want it)1/4 cup italian bread crumbs1 egg or 1/4 cup egg beaters1/2 tbsp garlic powder (or less depending on your taste)2 tsp italian seasoning2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Shape meat into ball shape by rolling it in the palm of your hand. Pour 2 tablespoons olive oil in frying pan and heat at medium-high. Place formed meatballs in heated oil and fry unitl there is no more pink in the meat.
