Ingredients
1 Pound Ground Beef1 Pound Ground Turkey 1 medium onion, chopped.1 egg2 slices white sandwich bread, torn up into small pieces.1/4 cup (12 tsp.) Worcestershire Sauce2 tsp Weber Chicago Steak Seasoning
Directions
Defrost ground turkey and beef. Put all ingredients into a large bowl & mix. Form into patties. Cook in skillet over medium heat until lightly browned, and juices run clear, or internal temp is in the safe range for beef and poultry.
