1 can pumpkin8 datespumkin pie spice1 tbl egg white powder8 wonton wrappers1 egg to seal rollspinch of salt1/2 tsp vanillagrapeseed oil to brush the tops with
Mix together pumpkin, egg white, spice, salt, and vanilla in a bowel. Whisk egg and set aside. Dice 8 dates up and set aside. Place 1/8 of the filling in a wrapper. Place date over the top and roll like a burrito. Use egg mixture to seal and place on cookie sheet. Once all are rolled brush with grapeseed oil and bake at 450 for 10 min. let cool and serve.
