Ingredients
1 box red velvet cake mix1 can diet cream soda1 box jello sugar free cheesecake pudding mix1 tub cool whip lite
Directions
makes 18 cupcakes

In a bowl, combine cake mix and diet soda. Mix until blended. Pour into paper lined cupcake tins. Bake according to directions on cake box.

To make icing, combine jello mix and cool whip. Put on cupcakes once they've cooled.
