Ingredients
2 cups kale cooked2 cups spinach cooked1/2 onion cooked2 cups cauliflower cooked and mashed1 cup broccoli cooked and mashed1 egg beaten1 egg white beaten1/4 cup whole wheat flour1/3 cup paemesan cheese grated1/2 jalapeno chopped and cookedsalt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions
mix all ingredients well, spoon 6 mounds into heated oil in a large skillet. cook until brown , flip. brown on other side. let cool
